Return Policy

The La-Belleza.pl store guarantees the right to return the ordered goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel without giving the reason for return. Goods that do not meet expectations should be sent at your own expense to the following address:

The equivalent of the returned goods will be sent to the Customer in the same form in which the Customer made the purchase. Please return the product not bearing the use marks, with the label and the original packaging.

Each customer receives an email informing how the refund amount was calculated. In case of doubt, please contact our office.
